Following the success of last year's event, we are excited to invite you to this year's gathering, dedicated to advancing equality, empowerment, and opportunities for ALL women and girls.

This inclusive, not-for-profit event is open to everyone who believes in a future where no one is left behind. Through engaging workshops and meaningful networking over drinks and nibbles, we will come together to share ideas, inspire action, and create lasting change.

The overall objective of this event is to support the IWD UN Theme "Rights, Equality, Empowerment" which "calls for action to unlock equal rights, power and opportunities for all where no one is left behind. Central to this vision is empowering the next generation—youth, particularly young women and adolescent girls—as catalysts for lasting change".

Our workshops will be delivered by a mix of genders and are designed to be diverse and thought provoking:

• Coaching the Opposite Gender
